New Orleans Saints Best Offensive player Drew Brees Best Defensive Player Roman Harper
The Good Drew Brees Broke Dan Marino's passing record last and an argument can be made that he is the best qb in the League. Jimmy Graham is a nightmare match up and he is entering his third season so his numbers could possibly get better. The Saints have the best home field advantage in football playing in that dome. Brodrick Bunkley and Curtis Lofton should help improve the run defense.

The Bad The offensive line lost Carl Nicks so there should be some decline on the oline play. The Defense is terrible and has no pass rushers besides Will Smith who will moss some games because of suspensions. The Saints lost their best corner Tracey Porter. How will the saints respond to bounty? Gate and not having their coach with them the entire season.

At Best 11-5
Realistically 10-6

Atlanta Falcons Best Offensive player Julio Jones Best Defensive Player Sean Weatherspoon
The Good Matt Ryan seems poised to have a break out year with weapons like Roddy White and the extremely talented Julio Jones to go with Tony Gonzalez and Michael Turner. With the addition of Asante Samuel to go with Brent Grimes Atlanta has the best corner duo in the NFC south. Sean Weatherspoon finished the season with 115 tackles and 4 sacks and with the loss of Curtis Lofton look for Weatherspoons game to get better.

The Bad besides John Abraham the falcons don’t have another true pass rusher. The offensive line specifically the tackles for the falcons are only average. After another playoff loss there are some questions if Matt Ryan is the qb who can win the playoffs

Carolina Panthers Best Offensive Player Cam Newton Best Defensive Player Jon Beason
The Good Cam newton is arguably the most exciting player in the NFL with his ability to throw and run for scores. Steve Smith came out of his grave and once again showed he is capable of being an elite wr. The combination of Jonathan Stewart DeAngelo Williams Mike Tolbert and Cam Newton give Carolina the best rushing attack in the NFL. Jon Beason returns and his play should help the Panthers defense.
The Bad This Panthers defense is bad besides Charles Johnson there isn’t any pass rushers and besides Chris Gamble nobody in the secondary should be starters in the NFL. Will Cam Newton live up to his phenomenal rookie year or go through a sophomore slump.

Tamba Bay Buccaneers Best Offensive player Carl Nicks Best Defensive         Player alib Talib
The Good Coach Greg Shiano brings a new culture change and the Bucs where able to sign Carl Nicks and Vincent Jackson in free agency. Josh Freeman looks in better shape and looks to be the Freeman of 2010 when he threw 25 tds and 6 interceptions. Can Adrian Clayborne continue his rookie success of 7.5 sacks and get better in his second season.
The Bad Tampa bay’s defense has been terrible over the last few years and you have to wonder how much does Ronde Barber has left. Can Freeman get back to his 2010 form and how the secondary be able to stop Drew Brees Matt Ryan and Cam Newton?
