AFC East Preview

New England Patriots Best Offensive Player Tom Brady Best Defensive Player Vince Wilfork

The Good the Pats are an offensive juggernaut with Brady throwing to Gronk Welker Hernandez and now with Brandon Lloyd added to the mix to help stretch the field The Pats will continue putting up points. The Patriots have no legit threat in the AFC East and add in the fact they have a soft schedule.

The Bad the Defense is horrific and have no pass rushers and rookies Donate Hightower and Chandler jones will need time to grow into play makers. The Patriots offensive line has struggled all preseason and with the retirement of Matt Light how will this unit perform this year. Will the pats have a super bowl loss hangover this year?

At Worst 11-5
At Best 14-2
Realistically 12-4

Buffalo Bills Best Offensive Player Fred Jackson Best Defensive Player Mario Williams

The Good the Bills should have one of the better defense lines with the addition of Mario Williams and Mark Anderson to go with Marcellus Darius and Kyle Williams. The Bills have weapons for Fitzpatrick to work with in Steve Johnson Fred Jackson and C.J Miller.

The Bad Who is the real Ryan Fitzpatrick the one who started the season 5-2 or the one who ended the season. Health injuries hurt what looked like a promising season for the bills last year. The Bills don't have any play making linebackers and Jairus Byrd is the only true play maker in the secondary. Can the Bills live up to the expectations most people have for them.

At Worst 7-9
At Best 10-6
Realistically 9-7

New York Jets Best Offensive Player Dustin Keller Best Defensive Player Darelle Revis

The Good Darelle Revis is by far the best corner back in the NFL and arguably the best defensive player in the NFL. The Jets should again be a top 5 defense this year. Nick Mangold and d'brickashaw Ferguson are 2 prow bowlers who should help the Jets return to the ground and pound game they want.

The Bad Tim Tebow once Mark Sanchez starts to struggle fans and the media will be begging for Tebow to come the starter. Besides Holmes the Jets lack big play threats at the skill position spots and the right tackle situation for the jets is still a problem

At Worst 6-10
At Best 9-7
Realistically 8-8

Miami Dolphins Best Offensive Player Jake Long Best Defensive Player Cameron Wake

The Good Reggie Bush finally had a break out year with over 1,000 yards and 6 tds last year. Jake Long is probably the best left tackle in the NFL and his job will be to protect rookie qb Ryan Tanahill. Cameron Wake is one of the most underrated defensive linemen in football and has been an impact player over the last 3 years.

The Bad the Dolphins traded Brandon Marshall and Vontae Davis which tells you that winning now isn't a priority for them at the moment. Besides Reggie Bush they don't have any playmakers on the offense. Ryan Tanahill has talent but he is still raw as a qb and will take his lumps this year

At Worst 2-14
At Best 5-11
Realistically 3-13
