NFC East Preview
NY Giants Best offensive Player Eli Manning Best Defensive player JPP
The Good The Giants are the reigning super bowl champs and Eli Manning is in the prime years of his career and should continue to get better and has 2 great wide receivers to throw to in Hakeem Nicks and Victor Cruz to throw to and 2 new weapons in David Wilson and Reuban Randle to help offset the loss of Brandon Jacobs and Mario Manningham. The Giants have the best pass rush in the league with a fully healthy Justin Tuck and Osi Umenyoria to go along with the monster known as JPP the Giants should lead the league in sacks this year. The Giants have improved their linebacker depth and have underrated Corey Webster and Kenny Philips in the secondary.
The Bad the Offensive line was horrible in 2011 which resulted in the giants being last in the NFL in rushing. Who will be the corner opposite Corey Webster? Prince and Terrell Thomas are hurt and will most likely miss the start of the season. The Schedule on paper the Giants have the hardest schedule in the NFL with 7 games against teams who went to the playoffs last year
At Worst 9-7
At Best 13-3
Realistically 11-5
Philadelphia Eagles Best offensive player Lesean McCoy Best Defensive Player Trent Cole
The Good Lesean McCoy was a beast last year with a combined 1,624 total yards and 20 tds.The Eagles had 50 sacks lead by Jason Babin’s 18 sacks him and Trent Cole might be the best defensive end duo in the NFL.

The Bad It’s become not an if but when in the season will Mike Vick get hurt. Can Desean Jackson come back and be the wr he was in 09 and 10 for the eagles and can Nmandi rebound from an off year and be the shutdown corner the Eagles paid him to be. The Eagles best player and best left tackle in football Jason Peters might not play a down this year.
At Worst 8-8
At Best 12-4
Realistically 10-6

Dallas Cowboys Best offensive player Tony Romo Best Defensive player Demarcus Ware
The Good the Cowboys have the offensive weapons to match up with any team with the talented but very dumb Dez Bryant to go with Miles Austin Demarco Murray and Jason Witten. The Cowboys have the best defensive player in the NFL in Demarcus Ware to go along with emerging star Sean Lee. The cowboys signed corner Brandon Carr and Drafted Morris Claiborne to help a secondary that was trash last year.
The Bad the Cowboys have already been banged up with Dez Miles Witten Ratliff and Mike Jenkins all questionable for the season opener. The offensive line is terrible nobody besides Tyrone Smith should be starters in the NFL. The Safeties are average at best and questions still remain if Brandon Carr can be the number 1 corner who can lock up talented wrs in the NFC like Nicks and Cruz and Maclin and Jackson.Whispers around Dallas is that Cowboys championship window is closing but umm when was it even open.
At Worst 7-9
At Best 10-6
Realistically 8-8
The Washington Redskins Best offensive player Fred Davis Best Defensive Player Brian Orakpo
The Good Rg3 has given Redskin fans something they haven’t had in years and that is hope. The Redskins have the talented Fred Davis who should be one of RG3’s favorite targets this year. Brian Orakpo and Ryan Kerrigan should improve even more this year and come close to being an elite pass rushing tandem, and London Fletcher is still a tackling machine.
The Bad the Redskins aren’t known as the Dead skins for no apparent reason they have been a terrible franchise for a long time. They play in the NFC east and they aren’t ready to compete with the Giants Eagles or Cowboys for NFC east supremacy. How quickly can RG3 transition to the NFL and can that terrible oline protect him.
At Worst 2-14
At Best 6-10
Realistically 4-12
